We Are Not Just A Physical Body!

Updated: Nov 12, 2023

There is a Universal Life Force Energy that animates our bodies and emanates from everyone and everything. This energy field is greatly affected by our thoughts and emotions. When we experience upsetting or disturbing emotions, it can cause a blockage in our energy field. It is especially important to deal with, resolve or release those negative emotions. Because the Energy field is the blueprint for our bodies, those blockages or disturbing feelings can affect our physical body negatively.

We have 7 major energy centers, called the chakras, within the immediate area of the physical body. The Chakras are Energy Vortexes, spinning in the shape of a circle. Each chakra has different characteristics. They are in a straight line down the area of the spine, from the top of our head to the tip of our tailbone. Every month in this newsletter, I will introduce a different chakra energy center.

Heart Chakra:

The Heart Chakra is the 4th Chakra, located in the chest area near the heart. This is the central chakra, representing where the Higher Chakras (more spiritual in nature) meet the Lower Chakras (more earthly in nature).

This Chakra is focused on love and healing. The color that represents this chakra is green. The Mantra Sound is YAM. Focusing on the color and repeating the mantra sound helps to activate, clear, and balance this chakra.

The emotions that may be experienced when this chakra is blocked could be resentment, disappointment, frustration, anger, hate, grief, sadness, self-centeredness, and loneliness.

The emotions that will help to clear and balance the heart chakra are hope, trust, compassion, love, and joy.

These are things to keep in mind and consider when you are focused on healing, clearing, and balancing the heart chakra. These characteristics are reinforced in the Heart Chakra Meditation that I have recorded and uploaded to my YouTube channel / ZenDiva4U.

The body parts affected by this chakra is the heart, the circulatory system, lungs, ribs, breasts, shoulders, arms, hands, blood, mid back, parts of the diaphragm and esophagus. Some related disease processes could be congestive heart failure, heart attack, heart disease, asthma, allergies, lung cancer, bronchial pneumonia, lung disease, and breast cancer.
